Community Bike Help
Community Bike Help
is a volunteer-led project to help you
get on your bike and enjoy cycling.
We support our neighbours in the communities around
the south of Cheltenham, Gloucestershire.
We are passionate about biking and want to help our neighbours,
young and old, to get out there to enjoy biking too!
Free advice and help
Our aim is to help local people with their bikes.
You can think of us as the bike enthusiasts just up the road.
This is a not-for-profit project - you pay for any parts we fit, we give
our time freely.
Donations welcome
Some of our clients choose to donate to charity as a way of saying
thank you.
The charity we support is
Brendan's Bridge, a Gloucestershire charity that supports
disadvantaged communities and young people. You can make a donation
using the charity's
donation page, or through our volunteers.
Our Services
Treat us as your first line of help and support, or just have
a chat. We can fix a puncture for you, fit a new tyre, suggest
parts if you are upgrading your bike, keep you company if you
haven't ridden for a long time, give you a second opinion if
you are looking at a new or second-hand bike.
See our Services page for more.
Volunteer
You can volunteer
We hope to grow a network of
volunteers
to offer you a wide range of services and advice on all kinds of bicycles.
With more volunteers we hope to expand the area we cover. Please get in
touch if you are interested in volunteering.
Area we cover
Our main focus is on our neighbours in Warden Hill, Leckhampton,
Up Hatherley and Shurdington. We are happy to take enquiries from
other areas and we will help if we have the capacity.
We are based on the Brizen Farm estate in Leckhampton next to Warden Hill.
We can come to you, or you can bring your bike to one of our volunteers.
Spread the word
Please tell your friends and neighbours about us.
